About Housewife Bliss

Coryanne Ettiene’s Housewife Bliss offers tips, inspirations and recipes on kitchen living for a modern lifestyle.  Audiences online, in print and across radio and TV stations are adopting Coryanne’s view of domesticity and changing the way they entertain and live in their homes.

The story so far….

Prior to becoming an authority on kitchen living, Coryanne earned a Master of Philosophy from Kings College London, and spent over 10 years working as a management consultant in Europe. When she left her job to focus on motherhood, Coryanne reluctantly took on the role of housewife, admitting that her home was more of a house that she frequented in between work and social events.  She was unfamiliar with her neighbors and had limited knowledge of how to cook or host a dinner party, making the transition into domesticity all the more challenging. Like many women in her position, it took time to embrace the value of her new domestic role.  Despite this, by the end of her first year as a housewife, her relationship with her Chinese take-away suffered, and her relationship with her green grocer grew right along side her new found passion for kitchen living.

In 2010, she launched Housewife Bliss, and today promotes the message that kitchen living does have room in a modern lifestyle. By 2011, she become a sought after entertaining and kitchen living expert, regularly contributing to The Daily Meal and Celebrations.com, appearing regularly on TV and radio, and founding the successful modern home economics event, The WifeStyle Conference in New York City.

2012 promises to be an eventful year for Coryanne.  She is excited about the national magazine mentions scheduled, a second WifeStyle Conference planned, a number of brand collaborations on the horizon and continued work on her self titled kitchen living book.
